buyers in accomplishing their investment goal.I have an
intimate understanding of the fiduciary role that a Realtor plays in these

About Wm. “Bill” Kersey, CCIM Realtor
I have been a full-time realtor for over 38 years in the Chico
Multiple Listing Service, selling resale homes, commercial, industrial,
apartments, trailer parks, and office buildings.
I am currently an instructor at Butte College, teaching Real Estate
Principles and Practices, prerequisite courses for obtaining a salesman
license.
I served on
the Champion Christian School Board and am currently an officer of and serve
on the Boards of Business Men’s Fellowship and Women Resource
Medical Clinic.
I
have been married to Martha Lois Kersey since Jan. 21, 1967 & we have two
beautiful daughters Cynthia Lynn, a public school teacher, & Julia Lynda,
a RN at Stanford Hospital's surgical wing.
